Device Returns
We will evaluate your device for warranty claims. If the device is in the one year warranty window, we will repair your device to “like new” and ship it back to you at the address provided.
If your device is out of the one year warranty window, we will send you an email with a payment request link ($399) for the repairs once we evaluate the device. After payment is received, we will ship the product back to you in “like new” condition.
Note: Please send the device only. Do NOT include any accessories. Please include your contact details inside the package. Please track your shipment as lost items will not be covered. Ship the device to:
